What this site is

dragaslovenija.si is a free informational service presenting statistics from public registers about the Slovenian property market. It is published by Tehster OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, no. EE102551716. By using the site you accept these terms.

Data and licence

The source data is public and published under CC BY 4.0: the real estate transaction register and cadastre (Surveying and Mapping Authority), building permits (Statistical Office) and administrative construction acts (Ministry of Natural Resources and Spatial Planning). Our calculations and text are published under the same licence.

Commercial use is permitted with attribution. Suggested citation: Vir: Draga Slovenija (dragaslovenija.si), podatki GURS ETN. The name, logo and visual design of the site are not covered by that licence.

Automated collection is welcome at a rate that does not burden the service; the complete dataset is better taken from the source. Rules for automated visitors are in robots.txt, and a summary of the method for language models is in llms.txt.

No warranty of accuracy

The data is presented “as is”. We give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The transaction register depends on filings by the parties and contains errors, delays and missing transactions; some categories are deliberately excluded from the statistics, as described in the methodology. The medians shown are area statistics, not a valuation of any individual property.

Not investment, legal or valuation advice

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal or valuation advice, and none of it replaces a valuation by a certified appraiser, a legal review or professional counsel. Decisions to buy, sell or let are yours alone and at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or damage arising from reliance on the data, from the service being unavailable, or from the content of third-party sites we link to. These limits do not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, nor consumer rights under mandatory law.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, and may update these terms; the version published at this address is the one that applies, and the date of the last change is in the page footer.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before your local competent court.
