How it works
- Install the browser extension (Chrome or Firefox) and sign in once on esodisce.si with SI-PASS. You may close the tab afterwards; the session stays in the browser.
- Here, choose a parcel, a building or a unit, or arrive by the link from the Companies tool with it already chosen.
- Press Fetch the extract. The extension submits the portal's form in your session, as you would, and brings the PDF here. If the session is missing, it opens the sign-in page for you.
- The page reads the PDF: owners with shares, encumbrances, pending entries. The extract stays saved in your browser.
What leaves the page
- Nothing reaches our server: not the PDF, not a name, not which parcel you looked at. The page works entirely in your browser; analytics only counts that an extract was requested.
- The extension holds no passwords or tokens. The session on esodisce.si is yours; the extension submits one form in it, on your command.
- Extracts are stored in your browser (IndexedDB) and can be deleted at any time. They do not exist on another device.
- A land-register extract is a public document the portal issues to you. Use it within the law: data on private owners is personal data.
Frequently asked questions
Is this free?
Yes. The court portal issues the public extract free of charge, the extension and this page are free, and there is no counter on our side. The only limit is the portal's: 400 extracts a day per signed-in person.
Why do I need the extension?
Because the portal issues the extract to you, in your signed-in session, and only your browser can submit that form in your name. Without the extension the page can do nothing; with it, the form is submitted exactly as you would submit it, and the PDF is brought here.
What do you see?
Nothing. The PDF goes from the portal to your esodisce.si tab, from there to this tab and into your browser. Our server is not in that path; we do not even log which parcels you looked at.
What about companies?
In the Companies tool every parcel carries a ZK link that opens this page with the parcel already chosen. A company's portfolio is public by the cadastre; who owns it by the land register, you read from the extract you fetch yourself.
How accurate is the automatic reading?
Names, shares and encumbrances are read from the PDF's text by rules, not by guessing, but extracts vary. That is why they are always shown next to the link to the PDF, which is the only authoritative source.
