What is in the table
Every figure comes from the same calculations as the individual municipality pages. Prices and transaction counts cover 2025–2026, rents cover 2023–2024. The trend is the median apartment price by year, printed only for years with enough transactions. Building permits are the Statistical Office's (SURS) count of permitted dwellings and exist per municipality rather than per settlement, so a settlement shows a dash. The new-build share is the share of sold building parts the register flags as newly built.
