Privacy

In short

This site has no accounts, no sign-in and no forms, and collects no names, addresses or email addresses. Analytics load only after you consent. If you do not consent, no analytics script runs and no cookie is set. Content is never withheld pending a choice.

Analytics (consent only)

If you choose Accept in the banner, two services load:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — page views, approximate city-level location derived from the IP address, device and browser type, and referrer. Google truncates or discards the IP address.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — anonymised usage recordings and click heatmaps showing where readers stop. Input fields and typed text are not recorded; the site has none.

Both set cookies and transfer data to the United States under standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If you choose Decline, nothing loads and the banner does not return. You can change the choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, after which the banner appears again.

Preferences kept on your device

A few settings live in your browser's localStorage. They stay on your device, are never transmitted, and cannot identify you:

• ds-consent — your answer to the analytics banner (yes or no);
• theme — light or dark;
• lang and map settings (filters, layers, last view) on the interactive part of the site.

These are strictly necessary or functional and are permitted without consent — without them the site could not even remember that you declined analytics.

Third-party content

• Google Street View — the panorama does not load on its own. The page shows a still image with a “Load Street View” button; until you press it your browser sends nothing to Google. Pressing it loads a Google frame, which may set its own cookies.
• Esri World Imagery — aerial imagery loads as map tiles; the server sees your IP address and the tile you requested.
• OpenStreetMap via CARTO — the vector basemap on the map, likewise.
• Surveying and Mapping Authority — parcel boundaries are fetched live from their public service on the map.

Fonts and all site code are served from our own domain; we use no content delivery network.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. as a processor. For network security and operation Cloudflare processes technical request logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent). The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not access those logs for profiling.

Your rights

Because we keep no accounts we normally hold nothing that identifies you. You nonetheless have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent for analytics with effect for the future. If you believe the processing breaches the rules you may complain to the Estonian supervisory authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the authority where you live — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner.

Property data is not personal data

The prices, floor areas and dates on this site are public data from the real estate transaction register. As published, that register carries no party names; locations are shown at the level of the settlement or cadastral district, exactly as the authority releases them.
