How many comparables do I get a month?
The free plan does not include live queries, only the example above. Standard gets ten queries a month, Pro gets an unlimited number, along with the CSV export.
Where do the comparable sales come from?
From the Surveying and Mapping Authority's own real-estate transaction register (ETN), the same register the whole site stands on, refreshed with every register release.
How is the ranking computed?
Every sale is scored on three factors — distance, how similar its size is and how recent it is — each falling toward zero the further a sale is from the chosen value. The page shows all three factors, not just the combined score.
Why does a row show no house number?
The register does not carry a house number on a sale, so the location reads as a street and a settlement. Click the map link on a row for the exact point.
