Is the property market tool free?
Yes, entirely, with any account, including the free one. There is no monthly quota of queries: pick any municipality, as many times as you like.
Why does some municipality show no yield?
A yield is only computed where both sales and rentals have enough deals in the same window; below that floor the number would be too random, so the page shows a dash rather than a guess. Where the sample is small but still meaningful, the figure carries an asterisk.
Can I look at a single settlement rather than the whole municipality?
Not yet: the official register keeps its median price by municipality, not by settlement, so a settlement figure would in fact be its municipality's figure under a different name. Settlements with a page of their own are inside each municipality's own page.
Where does the data come from and how often does it update?
From the Surveying and Mapping Authority's own real-estate transaction register, the same register every municipality page and the Yield page stand on. It refreshes with every register release.
