How it works

1. Paste a link from nepremicnine.si, or type an address, a parcel or a building number.
2. From the year built and the floor area we resolve the exact building in the GURS cadastre, even when the listing hides the address.
3. We read the neighbourhood (schools, transport, green space and hazards: flood, landslide, buildings put up before the 1964 seismic code), the official and market prices, the building's own transaction history, and any photos you add.
4. You get a written assessment and a link you can share.

A real worked example

The listing gave only the place, the year and the floor area. This is the whole analysis the tool returns: the exact building from the cadastre, the neighbourhood and its hazards, the official and the market price, and the same listing elsewhere.

Where the data comes from

The data comes from the official public registers: the property cadastre and the transaction register (GURS) and ARSO, the same as the rest of the site. Nothing is scraped from the portal. How we read the data.

The full analysis, prices, transaction history and a shareable link included, is free with every account. The paid plans add nothing extra inside the analysis: they raise the monthly count and bring the site's other tools.

A free account never expires. A paid plan can be cancelled with one click in your account.

Prices include VAT. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number from another member state: reverse charge.
