Without a subscription
Market report
One report on one property: a value estimate from comparable sales, the spread of prices, the municipality's trend, the generalised market value, rents and yield, construction nearby and what the cadastre records. Bought on its own, with no subscription; the report stays yours.
What Pro unlocks
The tools Pro exists for: three are Pro only, and the report and alerts get more in it. Each has a page of its own with a worked example you can look at first.

A value estimate for one address from comparable sales, with the price trend, rents, yield and the construction nearby.

Prices include VAT. For businesses with a valid EU VAT number from another member state the reverse charge applies: the buyer accounts for the tax.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. One click in your account cancels the subscription, and it stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment is invoiced by email, and every past invoice is in your account under "Manage subscription". A company can enter its VAT number and address at checkout.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The account stays. Alerts above the free allowance are switched off rather than deleted, conversation history is kept for as long as the free plan keeps it, and everything comes back if you return. You can also delete the account outright, at any time.
What counts as fair use?
The numbers in the table are real limits, not small print. We will not quietly throttle you above them; we will tell you where you are. What we do not allow is automated scraping of the whole database through an account: the data is public and you can get it from the source (GURS), and our server is not a free proxy for it.
Why does Standard have no monthly report?
Because a report costs us money: a model writes it and it has to be checked. The free plan gets two basic ones a month as a sample, Pro gets 30 full ones, and Standard users buy one when they actually need one.
