How many reports do I get a month?

Why does a report sometimes carry no energy certificate or spatial act?
The certificate prints when the national register carries one for that building; the spatial act, when one really applies over the point. An absent section is an answer, not an error.

The market report estimates one property's value from comparable sales. This report is a dossier about one property: identity, cadastre, certificate, history, comparables, act and permits, with no value estimate of its own.
Where does the data come from?
From the public registers GURS (cadastre, official value), MOPE (energy certificates), the register of real-estate transactions (ETN) and the register of spatial acts (MNVP), refreshed with every release of each one.
